Our weekly PE session is split up into 3 sections.
1. Warm up - use these two songs to get your bodies nice and warm and ready to exercise.

2. Target practice - We have been practicing the under arm throw and trying to throw it as accurate as possible into a goal. Why don't you see if you can show everyone at home how good you are at hitting a target.
3. Parachute games - We love parachute games at Millstead. It is nice to just lie underneath it while all the staff blow it up and down and sing different songs. Our favourite is the 'Grand Old Duke of York', they sing it once really fast and then really slow to end our PE session while we cool down.
