Autumn Term 1
In cookery we have been making wooden stick kebabs with a focus on cutting skills. We have been using a variety of fruit and vegetables to cut through different textures. We have also been learning about how to use a knife safely. This includes washing it and putting it away.
Autumn Term 2
This term we are using simple recipes to make biscuits. Our focus is on measurements and tidying up after ourselves. We will be learning all about oven safety.
